Terms of Service

ALLERGY WARNING!! I own two cats, I try to keep them away from my work but cat hair is everywhere. If you're allergies are severe you may want to find a different maker.

Age

 

I will not make 3/4 suits or full suits for minors! If you want either of the suits mentioned before you must be over 18. I will make partials for people under 18 but no legs or body suits. Minors must have a parent or guardian's permission to commission me. I will not accept payment from someone underaged.

I will ask every customer (the recipient or the legal guardian) for an ID, if you are not comfortable showing me your ID you need to find another suit maker.

Quotes

​

Quotes expire the first of every month. You are allowed one quote every 2 months.

​

To insure accuracy, please provide a SFW (safe for work), front and back image of the character. If you do not have a reference sheet, find one on google to color or commission one from me and send that.

Quotes are for serious customers only! If you want to know how much to save up for please refer to my base prices and save up to that price instead of filling out the form for a quote and saving for months, this is inefficient for me. 

​

If you get a quote and don't pay the down payment by the end of the month, the quote will be deleted. If the same character is quoted and payment is neglected, I will no longer accept the character and I will be less likely to give you another quote. If the process repeats with another character you will be blocked from receiving commissions of any kind.

Payment

​

Heads and parts:

If a commission is less than $300, I will need the entire payment upfront in order to start. A payment plan can be worked out but the commission will not be started until it is paid in full. Shipping will be sent in a separate invoice.

Mini partials and partials:

In order to start the commission, I will need 30% of the total (this is NOT refundable!). The rest will be paid off depending on your budget.

Full suits and 3/4 suits:

In order to start the commission, I will need 30% of the total (this payment is NOT refundable!). The rest will be a monthly payment depending on your budget.

I use Pay Pal for all my payments. If an invoice is sent, you will have the rest of that month to pay it off. I strongly encourage you to pay it off sooner than the due date. If one payment is missed, a warning will be given to you along with an added fee, If two payments are missed the commission will be void, you wont receive a refund, and you will be blacklisted. If you know your payment will be late, please contact me and we will work things out. Failure to communicate will result in strict consequences.

All down payments are non refundable under any circumstance. A fursuit is a luxury item and should not take priority over important purchases.

The down payment is used to purchase the materials for the suit. If materials haven't been ordered yet, you may be able to get a partial refund, however this will result in you being blacklisted.

I won't start work on a commission until I receive the down payment. Once that is received I will order the materials and begin work. My queue  is based on money received, not first commission, then second. All commissions will be done in a timely manner but note that some commissions may be finished before yours even if they commissioned me after you. When the commission is finished, I will not send the suit until it is paid in full.

About the Commission

​

After I receive the down payment, I will order the materials needed for the commission. Update photos will be sent when I receive the items, when bases are done, when bases are furred, and when items have been fully sewn together. If you want more or less progress pictures tell me on your quote form.

I expect proper communication from you in order to make the commission process smooth, this means that I expect timely responses to my messages. If something has come up, or you know you will take longer to respond, tell me. I will never hold anything against you so long as you tell me about it. We are only human after all and the more in site you give to your situation, the more I am willing to help and adjust. Failure to respond after one week (unless discussed) will result in a warning. Failure to respond after another three days (unless discussed) will result in the commission being void, and you being blacklisted. I will not tolerate ghosting.

During the creation process, if you are not satisfied with the progress tell me and I will fix it, however, if I do not receive a response within 24 hours of the photo being sent I will continue work. If the problem is in the base and I am not informed before furring starts, the blame can not be pinned on me and will not count as a refundable problem. (refund policies below.)

If you are a very busy person and know your response will take longer than 24 hours, let me know and I will adjust the time frame accordingly.

I am autistic, have ADHD, and I have a job outside my fursuiting. This may cause things to take longer to get completed. Please be patient and note that I do not accept deadlines. If you want your suit done by a certain time, you can mention this to me and I'll do my best to get it done by that time, but there are no guarantees. Spamming me to get your suit done on time or harassing me over things I cant control (real life events/ mental health episodes) will result in an automatic void of your commission and place you on a blacklist.

 

DTD

​

A DTD, or Duct Tape Dummy, must be provided for fullsuit, 3/4 suit, bodysuit, and leg commissions. You pay shipping, and it must be sent in a timely manner. I will send it back when I finish the suit so you can reuse it.

I will only accept high quality DTDs you've used for other makers, or DTDs made using Skyehigh Studios' method (tutorial can be found on her YouTube channel). I am not responsible for fitting mistakes due to a faulty dummy. It is your responsibility to make sure the dummy is accurate to your body.

If you can't make one and send measurements instead, I am not responsible for fitting mistakes as it is very difficult to get things exact without a dummy, and this will not count for a refund. 

 

Cancellations and Refunds

​

If you want to cancel your commission it must be done before fur is added to the head. If a commission is cancelled after fur is added, the commission will end and there will be NO chance for a refund. Since heads and suits are custom to you I can't resell them, so the money I already have I keep. This does not apply to parts.

​

I only accept refunds for non custom items. 

​

If you are not happy with a non custom item, send it back to me and I will refund the purchase minus the down payment. I will start sending money back when I have received the items and checked their condition. Note that the money may not be paid all at once. I use the money to pay for my student loans and other personal things so it may take a bit of time to receive the full refund. 

​

For custom items, I will only fix items if the problem is my fault. If something doesn't fit because you have given me the wrong measurements (head, feet, etc.) or the DTD was faulty, I will not refund the purchase. I can remake the part for a fee that covers new materials and labor costs.

Repairs

​

Commissions are guaranteed for 3 months. Alterations to the suit not done by me void the guarantee.

 

If the suit needs repair within this time, send it to me and I'll fix it free of charge. You have to pay shipping both ways. After the three months there will be a small fee for every repair needed.
